• Home-screen widget with the clock, current conditions and the next days; tap it for the fourteen-day forecast

No location permission. You type the place; the app never asks the phone where it is. The one thing it fetches is the forecast for the places you saved, and Weather is free.

Android 8.0 and up. Free, and yours to keep: no account to make, no subscription, no key to enter, and no upgrade screen inside the app — every version after this one is free as well.
