A firewall with no internet permission. It works by holding the phone’s own local VPN slot open and dropping what you told it to drop — nothing is inspected, nothing is written down, and the app holds no socket of its own, so there is nothing that could send a report about what you blocked. It never leaves the phone because it cannot.
